This 5-day yatra begins with Dehradun and a scenic drive to Guptkashi, including an evening visit to the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Over four nights, travel through the Alaknanda valley, transfer to Phata Helipad, and fly to Kedarnath for darshan. Further, traverse via Joshimath to Badrinath for the evening aarti, followed by a holy bath at Tapt Kund. Visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and Bhim Pul, then conclude with a sightseeing tour of Rishikesh. This package covers sightseeing, stays, and meals.

Itinerary Detail

Day 1:Dehradun – Guptkashi (210 km/7–8 hours)

On arrival at Dehradun Airport, meet the driver and proceed towards Guptkashi. On arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple. The rest of the day is free to relax. Further, have dinner and stay overnight in Guptkashi.

Day 2:Guptkashi – Phata Helipad (10 km) – Kedarnath – Guptkashi

In the morning, drive to Phata Helipad and board the helicopter for Kedarnath. On arrival, proceed for Kedarnath Temple darshan. After darshan, fly back to Phata and drive to Guptkashi. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Further, have dinner and stay overnight in Guptkashi.

Note: Same-day return by helicopter is not generally recommended, as flights may get cancelled due to bad weather.

Day 3:Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (210 km/7–8 hours)

After breakfast, proceed towards Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit Badrinath Temple to attend the aarti and return to the hotel. Further, have dinner and stay overnight in Badrinath.

Day 4:Badrinath – Rudraprayag/Kirtinagar (160 km/5-6 hours)

Begin your day with a holy bath at Tapt Kund, followed by Badrivishal darshan. Further, visit Brahma Kapal and cover nearby attractions such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Bhim Pul, Charanpaduka, and other local points (time permitting). Later, drive back to Rudraprayag/Kirtinagar via Joshimath and check in at the hotel on arrival. Further, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 5:Rudraprayag/Kirtinagar – Rishikesh – Dehradun (160 km/5-6 hours)

This is the last day of your trip. Wake up, have breakfast, check out, and proceed towards Rishikesh. On arrival, proceed for sightseeing (subject to time), covering Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, and Shivananda Ashram. Later, you will be dropped off at Dehradun Airport for your onward journey.

Package Inclusions

Accommodation in 02 double rooms in each hotel/camp, with an extra mattress.
Meals as per programme: 04 Breakfasts and 04 Dinners at the above-mentioned hotels/camps for all guests.
All transfers and drives as per the itinerary by non-air-conditioned Toyota Crysta or similar, including driver allowances, parking, tolls, and fuel.

Kedarnath helicopter fare from Sersi Helipad (tickets and fares are subject to availability).

Helicopter tickets and fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
While IHPL makes every effort to operate the helicopter journey as planned, services may become unavailable at short notice due to weather conditions, VIP movement, or other unavoidable operational reasons. In such cases, IHPL will attempt to arrange an alternate helicopter flight on the same day or a later date, subject to availability at that time.
Helicopter tickets are not transferable to the next day if the flight is canceled.
In case of helicopter cancellation, no reimbursement/compensation will be provided towards accommodation, meals, transport, or any other costs.
