By Road

By Train

Margao and Vasco-da-Gama are the two major railway stations in Goa. These stations are located in the Konkan Railway Line and are directly connected to Mumbai.

By Air

Dabolim International Airport is the major airport in Goa, which is located at a distance of 29 kilometers from Panaji. Dabolim International Airport is well-connected to Mumbai and other important cities in India via regular flights.

By Road

The National Highway number 4 and Edapally-Panvel highway connect Goa to Mumbai. The road journey will approximately take around 9.5 to 11 hours. The main bus station in Panaji is Kadamba Bus Stand. State owned buses operate from this station and connect to cities in and out of Goa. Super Deluxe A/C buses connect Mumbai to Goa (580 kilometers)


By Train

Pune is an important railway junction on the Indian Railways. Due to good rail networks, Pune is well-connected to Madgaon railway station via regular trains.

By Air

Goa is easily accessible from Pune via major airline services such as Jet Airways and Kingfisher on a regular basis. The prices of the flights are economical.

By Road

The National Highway Number 4 and Pune-Solapur Highway connect Pune to Goa. The road journey will take around 7.5 to 8 hours. Tourists can avail A/C Volvo buses between Pune and Goa.

Fort Aguada
