Attractions in Ranikhet


Located at a distance of 10 km, botanical gardens and Government Fruit Research Institute is a must visit. The attraction also provides beautiful views of the snow-   capped mountain peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi, Nilkanth,etc.


Situated at a distance of 6 km, there is a 9-hole golf course. Here you can play with professionals or enjoy the game.

Jhula Devi Temple

This is one of the popular temples in Ranikhet. One could find innumerable bells in the temple that are tied by devotees to get their wishes fulfilled.


A temple, located close to Uppat, is devoted to Goddess Kali. Visitors can also enjoy amazing views of the surrounding.

Bhalu Dam

Situated at a distance of 3km from Chaubatia, there is a man-made lake. The lake is the reservoir of the dam constructed on the Kosi River. The dam provides water   to nearby regions including Ranikhet.
