Presenting a splendid view as a whole, Cinque Island is a part of Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park. The island is divided as north and south Cinque, through a sand bar. As the island is just 26 km away from Port Blair, you can conveniently reach here by all modes of transportation.
By Air
Just 5 km away from the centre of Port Blair, Veer Savarkar International airport is the nearest airport to Cinque Island. Further, you can hire a Chartered boat of permitted category.
By Water
Cinque is reachable only by chartered boats. After reaching Port Blair you can travel to the island by a short boat ride.
By Road
There are number of buses running from Port Blair to all major parts like Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. Further, take a short boat ride to reach Cinque.
