Vizhinjam Rock Cut Cave Temple has rock-cut sculptures dating from the 18th century in the cave temple at Vizhinjam. These relics are located in the seaside village of Vizhinjam to the south of the Kovalam junction in Thiruvananthapuram.

Unique and an elaborate display of limitless talent, the granite rock-cut cave temple encloses a one-celled shrine with a loose sculpture of Vinadhara Dakshinamurti. The outer wall of the cave has unfinished statues of Lord Shiva holding a bow and a dancing Lord Shiva with his wife, Goddess Parvathi. The charm of the sculptures is mesmerizing even though they remain incomplete.
