The Doonagiri glacier is 5.5.km long, and it extends between elevations of 5150m – it’s head to 4240m – the terminal point. A stream originates from this glacier and flows into Dhauli Ganga near the Juma village. The best time to visit Doonagiri is from mid-May to mid-October.
