Rishikesh is a spiritual land for Hindus, and you can find hundreds of yogis, temples, and ashrams. Being located on the eastern bank of the Holy Ganga, Swarg Ashram is one of the oldest and most popular Ashrams in Rishikesh.

This Ashram is influenced by the divine and encourages people to attain a rhythm between body, mind, and souls. There are two buildings in the Ashram, Akash Ganga and Dani Kothi. Dani Kothi is an administrative building and has a dining hall that is often used as a lecture hall. On the other hand, Akash Ganga is a guesthouse that has a yoga hall and canteen.

Swami Atma Prakash established Swarg Ashram. He aimed at providing all the facilities for the upliftment of spiritual knowledge. The library has an expansive collection of books giving religious and cultural teaching.
