The Ropeway's cabin can accommodate 25 tourists at a time and has ten towers/pillars. The Auli-Joshimath ropeway is considered Asia's longest after that in Gulmarg.

Auli Artificial Lake

Auli Artificial Lake is one of the highest altitude artificial lakes in the world. Built-in the year 2010, this lake is meant for creating artificial snow on the new ski slopes in case of low snowfall.  The water from the lake is used for an artificial snowmaking system. It is used to feed the snow guns stationed along the ski slopes to offer a good surface for skiing.

Trishul Peak

The mighty Trishul peaks are located in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. Trishul peak is actually a peak trio namely  Trishul I(approx 7,120 meters high), Trishul II(approx 6,690 meters high), and Trishul III (approx. 6,007 meters high). For climbing Mount Trishul, one has to go to base camp in Kumaon via Almora, Kausani, Gwaldam, Debal, Bedini Bugyal, and Roopkund. If you want to see the captivating nature of Trishul Peak then you can go to Kausani. There are many viewpoints from where it can be seen.
