The daytime temperatures can rise if you plan to visit Kashmir between June and August. Especially if you’re exploring Srinagar attractions like Dal Lake, Pari Mahal, and Shankaracharya Temple, for a comfortable experience, pack lightweight clothes and comfortable shoes.
However, if you’re heading to Gulmarg or Sonamarg, be prepared regardless of the season. The weather here always remains chilly.
So, always pack layers of clothes, warm sweaters, jackets, and, if possible, long boots to enjoy snow sports comfortably.
2 – Mobile Connectivity
It is essential to be aware that any pre-paid phone activated outside Kashmir Valley will not work in Kashmir.
