Lal Bagh Palace is situated in Indore City. Indore is regarded as the Industrial and the Financial Capital of Madhya Pradesh. Formerly, it had been under the Holkar dynasty ad afterwards the British came to India and defeated the Marathas in a battle. So, a large part of the territory had to be submitted to the British.
