In addition to the above preparations, it is always suggested that you start regular exercises at least 2 months prior to the expedition. It is very important to be medically fit if you are planning a mountaineering trip to any of the regions and mountaineering belts mentioned above. Mountaineering has its own risks and hitches. It is best to get yourself tested by a medical practitioner who can suggest whether you are medically ft to travel such rough and difficult terrains.
