The capital is brimming with diverse cuisine, from Nepalese Momos to Spouth Indian Dosa Sambhar and Rajasthani Ghevar to Bengali Rasogolla. You can see Punjabi touch in chole bhature, and regional cuisines are endless!
Let’s dive into a variety of endless must-try dishes in Delhi
1. Aloo Tikki Chaat
One cannot miss the amazing flavours of Chaat when it comes to street food in India. I lived in Delhi, and places like Chandni Chowk, Paharganj, Connaught Place, and Netaji Subhash Place are filled with all kinds of Chaat that you’ll love.

Kebabs cannot be ignored when discussing Mughalai cuisine.
Over a long period of time, the evolution of kababs has been mesmerizing for every street food lover in Delhi. Galawati Kebabs, Seekh Kebabs, Sutli Kebabs, Kakori Kebabs, Shani Kebabs, and many more can be found in old Delhi.
3. Paranthas
In my opinion, after Rajma Chawal, Chhole Bhature, and Diljit Dosanjh, the best thing Punjab has given us is Paranthas.

Those who wish to taste the best Chhole Bhature in Delhi should visit Kwality Restaurant at Connaught Place and Nand Bhature Wale Di Hatti at Sadar Bazaar.
They serve chole bhature accompanied by mustard and green chilli pickle for an elevated meal.
Dining Experience
I have innumerable memories of dining experiences in Delhi with my friends and family. The Imperial Spice is the one that I will always cherish.
I used to go there with my family on Sunday evenings. The restaurant has a posh environment and excellent service, offering a variety of north Indian dishes.

Agra Cuisine
The City of Agra is known not only for the Taj Mahal but also for many other famous dishes, such as Mughlai food, Petha, Bedai and Jalebi, Dal Moth, Paneer Tikka, and Shawarma.
The Mughal-inspired delicacies have stood the test of time. Even today, you can find local street food that has a strong Mughal influence.
Must-Try Dishes in Agra:
1. Petha:
I remember I was in 6th standard when I visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with my family, and I tasted petha for the first time in my life. Since then, I have visited Agra more than 10 times and have never missed this sweet.
There are many flavours available, including Paan, Gulkand, Kesar, Chocolate, Angoori, and Paan Petha. Whenever you visit Agra, go to Tajmahal and try these flavoured pethas. You can buy some for your home.

Visiting the City is not complete without indulging in the legendary Mughlai cuisine. The Mughal Room is the best choice for experiencing authentic Mughal cuisine.
The ambience of this restaurant will instantly transport you back in time. There are several Mughlai dishes that must be tried here, such as Mutton Rogan Josh and Gosht Biryani.
Other restaurants like Taj Terrace, Pinch of Spice, and The Signature provide the same Mughlai flavour that you can also choose for your dinner.

Jaipur Cuisine
You’ve reached Jaipur! Do you know the local slang? “Padharo Mahare Desh“.
When it comes to hospitality, culture, and hosting guests, the name of the Indian state of Rajasthan always comes to mind. Jaipur, the Pink City, is located within this state. You might have already heard about this City, primarily because of its historical gems, forts, palaces, and Havelis.
But if you don’t know about its food, let me tell you — the cuisine here is delicious. The food carries a homely warmth, making you feel as though someone dear has lovingly served it to you.
So, let’s explore some of the famous foods of Jaipur that will make the last stop of your Golden Triangle tour even more memorable.
There are so many amazing dishes to try on the streets of Jaipur, such as Daal Baati Churma, Laal Maas and my personal favourite, Ghewar! I bet no city can compete with these juiciest Ghewars in Jaipur.
Must-Try Dishes in Jaipur:
1. Dal Baati Churma
It is a traditional and economical dish that symbolizes the state’s rich heritage. For authentic Dal-Batti, visit Santosh Bhojnalaya near the Sindhi camp bus stand.
Several varieties of baatis are available today, including those stuffed with dried ground spices and those filled with potatoes. So whenever you are in the pink City, have some Dal Baati churma here.
2. Laal Maas
Are you a nonvegetarian? Laal Maas in Jaipur is not something you should miss out on.
It is a red chilli-infused mutton curry with yoghurt and typical Rajasthani spices, including red chilli, which is extremely spicy but definitely a must-try. It would be ideal if you served this tantalizing dish with handkerchief-thin Roomali Roties (Indian bread).
To taste the authentic laal Maas visit Handi restaurant in Jaipur.
3. Ghewar
Rajasthani households prepare this crispy, sweet and juicy dessert on Shravana maas occasions like Rakhi and Teej. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you must try this.
4. Pyaaz Kachori
Love street food? Then you can’t miss this.
When I visit Jaipur, I go to Rawat Mishthan Bhandar to try this dish.
In Jaipur, there is no better place to enjoy this dish than here.
You won’t be able to resist eating these once you try them.
Rawat Mishthan Bhandar has almost 50 other varieties in addition to the Pyaaz-Kachori.
The menu also includes samosas, mirchi-vada, aloo bonda, and dal kachori. Try these spicy Rajasthani dishes, and you won’t be disappointed.
Dining Experience:
My experience with Rajasthani food in Jaipur was quite authentic in the famous Chokhi Dhani.
We had a fantastic dining experience due to the cultural blend of Rajasthani culture. The Dal Baati Churma, Ker Sangri, and Gatte Ki Sabzi served there and told silent stories of the culinary tradition and heritage of the Great Pink City.
