How to reach Sonmarg

If you prefer to come to Sonamarg via air, you must get down at the Srinagar"s Sheikh-ul-Alam International Airport, about 100 km from Sonamarg. The airport receives direct flights from major Indian cities. If the rail is what you choose, then you will have to get down at the Jammu Tawi Railway Station, about 361 km from your destination. You can get an intercity cab easily from the station. But it will be an approximately 10 hours drive to Sonamarg, and if you are looking by road, then Sonamarg is connected with all the nearby cities of India via road.
