The Kautilya Restaurant in Rishikesh is located on the Dehradun Road. The restaurant serves lip smacking Indian, Chinese and continental delicacies. It remains open to customers from 12.00 noon to 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
